The house has a charming open environment, full of windows and a large veranda with hammocks and a dining table that leads to the garden with several trees and beautiful flower beds. For barbecue lovers, the garden has a barbecue area with a dining table and barbecue.
The interior of the house comprises 2 floors, on the first floor is the living room decorated with beautiful paintings and furnished with sofas, a coffee table and a TV. The dining room has a long wooden table with a capacity for 8 people. Its modest but complete kitchen represents the beauty and charm of the houses in the region.
On the second floor are 02 suites that provides comfort through their beautiful king-size beds, their air-conditioned rooms, work space and their newly renovated private bathrooms. In the attached house are 02 other suites, which follow the same structure.
The house is just a few minutes drive from the famous square of Trancoso, where there are several restaurants of local cuisine, shops, the traditional square church and the lookout that offers a beautiful view of the sea.

To secure your reservation, we require a 50% deposit within 2 business days of contract agreement. The balance will be due as per the terms outlined in your contract, which is anytime between 90 and 30 days before your stay commences.
Prior to your stay, we will request a security deposit to cover any potential damage or unforeseen events. The deposit amount is specified in the contract before your booking and will be released once we confirm that no damage occurred during your stay.
